Due some unsubstantiated reports of cheating the 2010 tournament had to find a new home . There were several anonymous reports of tournament entrants arriving to play the course before the official weekend. Some reports indicated that elaborate disguises were used to try to prevent detection. While an official investigation was unable to come to a conclusion it found my unexplained oddities. The cart rental slips and tee time logs for the two weeks prior to the event went missing and have never been found. There were several reports of a right handed golfer shooting at nearby deer and turkey using a left handed stance. There was also a steep uptick in kilt wearers in the pharmacist league. And of course there as huge market share increase of an unnamed collection services group in the Wheeling area. Unfortunately for the tournament the West Virgina Association of Golf Investigators, Northern Assembly could not contact any Ohio entities due to jurisdictional issues. 2010 Courses - · Granville Golf Course · Tartan East Golf Club |
